Overseas Clients Visit Us: Custom AC Withstand & Test Equipment Talks
Recently, a delegation from an Australian power testing enterprise visited GDZX for in-depth technical exchanges focusing on power frequency withstand voltage high-voltage test equipment and special customized testing devices for transformers. Both parties finalized the complete set customization scheme as well as the implementation and delivery specifications for the ZXBXZ series series resonance test systems and CTPT analyzers.
As core power transmission and transformation equipment of power grids, transformers rely on their insulation and withstand voltage performance as critical indicators for the safe and stable operation of power grids. Power frequency withstand voltage tests and comprehensive transformer testing are indispensable quality control procedures for factory inspection and type tests of transformers.
The visiting Australian customer is deeply engaged in Australia’s power operation & maintenance and electrical equipment testing sectors, with a standardized laboratory testing system in place. They maintain stringent requirements for high-voltage test equipment in terms of operational stability, testing accuracy, adaptability to overseas working conditions and customized expansion capabilities.
During the technical exchange, our technical team took Australia’s local grid testing working conditions and the customer’s personalized testing requirements into full consideration. Centering on three core products, namely complete power frequency withstand voltage test equipment, ZXBXZ series series resonance withstand voltage test devices and CTPT integrated transformer analyzers, we carried out multi-dimensional discussions covering equipment parameter matching, 60Hz power supply customization for overseas markets, accurate collection and traceability of test data, safety protection for high-voltage operations, after-sales operation and maintenance services overseas, as well as acceptance criteria for complete equipment sets. We refined the technical scheme of customized equipment item by item, and targeted solutions were proposed to address the customer’s pain points in the integrated testing of transformers, including withstand voltage, transformation ratio and volt-ampere characteristics.
