DC Resistance Tester Panel Description

1. U+, U -: Voltage input terminal, red represents positive pole, black represents negative pole;

2. I+, I -: Current output/input terminals, red represents the positive pole, and black represents the negative pole;

3. LCD: 7-inch color LCD display, displaying menu, current, and resistance values, etc;

4. Printer: Micro printer, real-time printing of test results;

5. RS485: Communication interface between instrument and upper computer;

6. USB port: the interface between the instrument and the USB drive;

7. Three in one power socket: instrument power control switch. When the three core power cord is connected, turn the switch button on the left side of the power socket to the on position to turn on the instrument;

8. Grounding pole: used for grounding the entire machine casing, belonging to protective grounding;

9. Confirm key: With the cursor on any menu in the main interface, press this key to enter the corresponding submenu; For example, by selecting the direct resistance test menu with the cursor, pressing this key will enter the direct resistance test current selection interface;

10. Right arrow: Right loop direction key, the cursor moves in a right loop between various main menus and corresponding functional options

11. Left arrow: Left loop direction key, the left loop movement of the cursor between various main menus and corresponding functional options;

12. Up arrow: Up loop direction key, scrolling through various main menus and functional options in an upward loop;

13. Downward arrow: The down arrow button controls the scrolling of various main menus and functional options;

14. Print button: After the test is completed, press this button to print the measurement results;

15. Save button: Press this button after the test is completed to save the current test record;

16. Return key: After the measurement is completed or the parameter settings are completed, press this key to return to the previous menu level.

Testing and operation methods

1. Test wiring:

Connect the tested product to the local wiring terminal through a dedicated test wire, firmly connect it, and at the same time, connect the ground wire.
