Precautions for Test Operation of Transformer Ratio Group Tester

Time:2024-05-08 Number:0

In terms of power supply

The transformer ratio group tester provides two power supply methods. The external input power supply is AC220V ± 10% 50/60HZ ± 1HZ, and the internal power supply is lithium battery. When the external power supply is connected, the instrument selects AC power supply mode for testing. When not connected to an external power source, the instrument operates on an internal battery.

Security aspect

1) Be sure to read this manual carefully before using this instrument.

2) The operator of the instrument should have knowledge of the use of electrical equipment or instruments.

3) For the safety of the instrument and operators, the instrument should be reliably grounded during use. When testing the equipment, connect the ground wire first, and finally remove the ground wire when the work is completed.

4) The output voltage of the instrument is high, attention should be paid to safety to prevent electric shock.

5) The transformer ratio group tester can be used both indoors and outdoors, but should be avoided in harsh environments such as rain and corrosive gases.

6) The maintenance, care, and adjustment of instruments should be carried out by professional personnel.

7) The instrument should avoid severe vibration.

8) The maintenance, care, and adjustment of instruments should be carried out by professional personnel.

In terms of operation

1) The connection between the transformer ratio group tester panel and the testing line should be tightened without any looseness.

2) When wiring, the yellow, green, red, and black of the test wire clamp correspond to A, B, C, and O of the transformer, and the high and low voltage cables should not be connected in reverse.

3) When measuring single-phase, only yellow and green wire clamps are used for E-type and E1 type, and yellow and black wire clamps are only used for F-type and F1 type. Do not use them incorrectly, and test clamps that are not used should be suspended.

4) After wiring is completed, it should be checked again to see if there are any wiring errors. During the testing process, if any abnormal phenomena occur, the power should be immediately turned off and the wiring checked.
