Test precautions

For the safety of you and the equipment, please read the following carefully:

1. During the test of the insulating boots and gloves withstand voltage test device, the operator should operate at a safe distance (less than 20KV per meter in the air), and the withstand voltage test bench must be reliably grounded, and the grounding resistance should be less than 0.1Ω.

2. Before use, the insulation resistance of the test transformer should be tested. The input insulation resistance value to ground should be greater than 2MΩ, and the output insulation resistance value to ground should be greater than 10MΩ.

3. Before use, check whether the contacts of each electrical component are loose, whether the contact is good, and whether each protection system can work normally;

4. Before using the insulating boots and gloves withstand voltage test device, the insulating support rods, electrodes, electrode rods, water tanks and other parts should be wiped clean with cotton cloth.

5. After the test, the water should be drained and all parts should be wiped dry with cotton cloth. If not used for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated place.

6. There should be no gas, steam, chemical dust and other explosive and corrosive media that seriously affect insulation in the working and storage places.

7. It must be operated by professionals and strictly follow the operating procedures.

Transportation and storage of insulating boots and gloves pressure test equipment

Transportation

When the equipment needs to be transported, it is recommended to use our company's instrument packaging wooden boxes and shock-absorbing items to avoid unnecessary damage during transportation and cause unnecessary losses to you.

When the equipment is not in a wooden box during transportation, stacking is not allowed. When using our company's instrument packaging box, the maximum number of stacking layers allowed is two layers.

During the transportation of equipment, the panel should face up.

The storage equipment should be placed in a dry, dust-free, ventilated and non-corrosive gas room. Stacking is not allowed without wooden box packaging.

When the equipment is stored, the panel should face up. And moisture-proof items are placed at the bottom of the equipment to prevent the equipment from getting wet.
