What Are The Characteristics And Operation Steps of SF6 Comprehensive Tester?
TheZXZH-ⅠSF6 comprehensive tester produced by GDZX is a collection of SF6 micro water meter, SF6 purity meter, and SF6 decomposition product analyzer. It combines the functions that could be achieved with three instruments in one instrument. One on-site measurement can complete the detection of three indicators, which greatly saves the gas in the equipment, and saves 2/3 of the gas consumption in one measurement, at the same time reduces the user's workload and improves work efficiency.
Its characteristics are as follows:
1. Fast gas saving: The measurement time of each SF6 gas dew point after power on enters the measurement state is about 5min, and the measurement time of SF6 purity and SF6 decomposition products is about 2min.
2. Self-locking connector: The self-locking connector imported from Germany is adopted, which is safe and reliable, and has no air leakage.
3. Data storage: Adopt large-capacity design, can store up to 200 sets of test data.

The operation steps are as follows:
1. Connect SF6 equipment
Connect the threaded end of the measuring pipe to the switch connector, tighten it with a wrench, and close the needle valve on the other end of the measuring pipe; then insert the end of the quick connector on the test pipe into the sampling port on the comprehensive tester; connect the exhaust pipe To the air outlet; connect the switch connector to the measurement interface of the SF6 electrical equipment, and tighten with a wrench.
2. Initialization
Turn on the instrument power switch, the instrument enters the initialization self-checking process.
3. Check the power
It is recommended to use DC power first for this instrument. AC power may affect the measurement results.
When using DC power, please check the battery level displayed in the upper right corner. If the battery level is lower than about 30%, please turn off the battery and continue to use it.
4. Start measurement
After the instrument completes initialization and self-checking, it automatically enters the measurement state (press the "Back" key to switch to the main menu, press each function icon on the menu to enter the corresponding interface), then fully open the flow valve on the flowmeter, and then adjust and measure the needle valve on the pipeline and adjust the flow to about 0.5LPM.
5. Store data
After the device measurement is completed, you can save the data in the instrument, press the "Save" key to enter the "Data Save" page, and press the "OK" key to save.
6. After the measurement is completed, close the needle valve on the measurement pipeline.
Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue to measure other equipment, please do not turn off the power of the instrument, follow the above steps for the next measurement.
7. After the measurement, turn off the power of the integrated tester.
