The speed shall be 3-5kv per second. For the test object with large capacitance, the speed should be slower when boosting, otherwise it is easy to produce voltage overshoot. When the current or voltage rises to the target value, the value of voltmeter and ammeter shall be recorded in time according to the specified time.

III After testing

1. At the end of the test, depressurize the test object, zero the voltage regulator potentiometer, and then press the green button to indicate that the high voltage has been cut off, and turn off the power switch.
