Installation And Operation Instructions Of Battery Discharge Tester

Time:2020-07-01 Number:17

Battery discharger is a kind of instrument for daily maintenance, capacity test and DC power load capacity test for battery (24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 400V, 600V), which is mainly used in electric power, telecommunication, railway, battery manufacturing and other industries. It can generate various curves, column charts, reports, etc., which can directly reflect the performance of battery pack, and can be enlarged, inquired and printed. It can analyze the performance of battery and realize the intelligence completely. Next, GDZX will describe the installation and operation instructions of battery discharge instrument.

4. After power on, set all kinds of discharge parameters in the main menu and close the load switch to start discharging.

Use of USB flash disk

1. Data storage

After discharging, insert the U disk into the U disk socket of the machine correctly. Press the "·" key in the key operation, and the display screen will show "are you sure to transfer the data?" press the "confirm" key to start the data transfer. At this time, the red light on the U disk keeps flashing (indicating that data transfer is in progress). After the transfer, the display shows "end of data transfer". Please press the "return" key to indicate that the transfer has been completed output USB flash disk.

2. Data extraction

Insert the USB flash disk into the USB port of the computer, open the special software randomly configured in the computer, click "read U disk data", find out the discharge data in the U disk file (the file name stored in the U disk is based on the start time of each discharge), and then click "open".
