Transformer test safety technical measures and test instructions

Participants in the commissioning must be familiar with the performance and technical data of the transformer, technical standards. Commissioning personnel must be certified to work.

The personnel participating in the debugging shall strictly operate according to the command, and shall not operate without receiving the order.

Transformer test should have two or more skilled personnel progress together, the test leader should have experienced personnel, one person to operate, one person to monitor, the test must be in strict accordance with the safe operation procedures progress, the test leader should be all the test personnel detailed layout of the test before the test notice.

The insulation test and voltage resistance test of electrical equipment should be progressed in dry and sunny good weather, and should not be progressed in bad weather such as low temperature, high temperature and rain, and the ambient temperature should not be less than 5 degrees during the test, and the relative humidity should not be higher than 80%.

Before the test, the insulation resistance meter must be used to test the insulation resistance. Only when the insulation performance of the electrical equipment is confirmed by a non-destructive method, other tests such as DC voltage resistance test and AC voltage resistance test can be progressed.

The insulation resistance of the transformer should be measured before and after the voltage test to compare with the insulation change of electrical equipment before and after the voltage test.

The instruments used in electrical tests should be selected according to the parameters to be adjusted and their accuracy requirements. The range and accuracy level of the selected standard instrument should meet the requirements of adjustment. High voltage test The disconnect point between the pressure part and other parts should be sufficient safe distance according to the test voltage.

When the equipment connector needs to be disconnected due to the test, it should be marked before removal, and the wiring should be checked and proofread.

The metal shell of the test device should be reliably grounded; The high voltage lead should be as short as possible, and if necessary, use insulation to support the solid. The power switch of the test device should use a clearly disconnected bipolar isolation switch.

The test site should be equipped with barriers and fences, and hang "Stop, high pressure danger!" And put a guard on it.

Before pressurizing, it is necessary to carefully check the test wiring, meter magnification, measuring range, regulator zero position and the opening state of the instrument, all of which should be correct; Then notify the relevant personnel to leave the tested equipment, and obtain the permission of the test leader before pressurizing; There should be monitoring during the pressurization. The high voltage test staff should concentrate on the whole process of pressurization, should not chat with others, be alert to abnormal phenomena at any time, and the operator should stand on the insulation pad.

When the wiring is changed or the test is completed, the test power supply should be disconnected first, discharged, and the high-voltage local short-circuit ground of the booster device.

The large capacitance test equipment without ground wire should be discharged first and then tested. When the HVDC test comes to an end or the test is completed, the equipment should be discharged to the ground several times and short-circuit grounding.

When the test is completed, the test personnel should remove the self-installed grounding short route, check the progress of the tested equipment and clean up the site.

Make original records during the test process, and accurately record the temperature of the tested equipment during the test and adjustment, as well as the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment.
