Test method for CT voltammetry characteristics of comprehensive instrument for t
CT voltammetry characteristic test
1. Test wiring
(1) The CT voltammetry characteristic test can choose a single test and an external voltage regulator test. The single test means that only the built-in voltage regulator of the instrument is used for the test, without any external booster, upcurrent and voltage regulator.
(2) The wiring of CT voltage regulator test is slightly different. The optional voltage regulator is used in the external voltage regulator test. Selecting the external voltage regulator test in the setting interface of CT voltage regulator test will enter the external voltage regulator test environment. CT characteristic comprehensive tester constantly collects real-time voltage and current data of CT secondary side. Once the collected voltage or current value exceeds any set value, the test will automatically stop.
(3) The external booster test wiring increases the line connection of the booster. The external booster uses the optional external booster to perform the volt-ampere characteristic test. If the external booster test is selected in the CT volt-ampere characteristic test setting interface, the external booster test will enter the external booster test environment.
Test parameter setting of transformer characteristic comprehensive tester
After entering the CT testing main interface, rotate the rotating mouse to move the cursor to the "Volt ampere characteristic test" option. Press the rotating mouse to enter the Volt ampere characteristic test setting interface. Rotate the rotating mouse to change the current selected option value, move the cursor to "Return", and press the mouse to return to the CT testing main interface. The meanings of the parameters in the CT volt ampere characteristic parameter setting interface are as follows:
(1) Maximum output current: Set the maximum secondary current value during the CT volt-ampere characteristic test, which is generally set to the rated secondary current of CT, for example: 600A/5A, the maximum secondary current is generally set to 5A. For 600A/1A, the secondary current is generally set to 1A, and the maximum current measured by the secondary side of the instrument transformer is 1-20A.
(2) Maximum output voltage: The secondary maximum voltage refers to the voltage stop condition during the CT volt-ampere characteristic test. If it is not certain, it can be set to 400V for tentative test. If the CT has not reached saturation at 400V after the test is completed, this voltage can be set high. The maximum output voltage can reach 1000V at 380V input.
(3) Theoretical inflection point current: The estimated inflection point current value, the theoretical inflection point is generally 0.1-0.2 times of the rated CT current, can be set accordingly a segmented point current value, the segmented point range can be generally set to :0.1-1.0A, "theoretical inflection point" and the following "inflection point before the step", "inflection point after the step" combined to control the number of voltage and current data during the test process.
(4) Before the inflection point: the current collection before the theoretical inflection point current is recorded according to n times of this set value. The collection of current and voltage values is carried out synchronously. The data collection range of the inflection point before the step length can be set as :0.01-0.50A.
(5) The step after the inflection point: The current collection after the theoretical inflection point current is recorded according to n times of this set value, and the record range of the step after the inflection point is: 0.1-2.5A, and it is a multiple of 0.1A.
