Key Features and System Architecture

The analyzer incorporates a microcomputer-based temperature control system with high precision, reliability, and strong anti-interference performance. It supports eight independent temperature control systems and allows sixteen-step temperature programming. A unique oven back door auto-opening system enables rapid heating and cooling, ensuring accurate low-temperature control.

It includes three independent connection threads and supports modular expansion. Multiple detector options are available—FID, TCD, ECD, FPD, and NPD—with easy upgrades and configuration flexibility. Additional options such as Electronic Pressure Control (EPC) and Electronic Flow Control (EFC) enhance automation and digital control capabilities.

Communication is enabled via a 10/100M adaptive Ethernet interface with a built-in IP stack, allowing long-distance data transmission over LAN or Internet. The accompanying web workstation supports simultaneous operation of up to 253 instruments, along with data processing and management functions.

Detection and Performance Metrics

The ZXSP-9890 is equipped with dual Flame Ionization Detectors (FID) and a Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD), as well as a methane conversion furnace. Key performance indicators include:

1.TCD Sensitivity: ≥3500 mV·ml/mg (benzene)

2.FID Detectable Rate: ≤3×10⁻¹² g/s (n-tetradecane)

3.ECD Detectable Rate: ≤1×10⁻¹⁴ g/s

4.FPD Detectable Rate: (S) ≤5×10⁻¹¹ g/s, (P) ≤1×10⁻¹² g/s

All detectors exhibit wide linear ranges (≥10⁴ for TCD and FID) and low baseline drift and noise, ensuring reliable and reproducible results.

Automation and Maintenance

The instrument supports gas path self-protection, automatic ignition and re-ignition, and a self-starting function. An auto-sampler interface is built-in, allowing easy integration of additional autosamplers. Key components—such as injector port seals, liners, emitter, collector, and nozzle—can be replaced single-handedly. Packed columns and capillary injectors can be removed using only a wrench, significantly simplifying maintenance.

Environmental and Operational Specifications

The operating environment should be maintained between 5–35°C with relative humidity ≤85%. The instrument requires a 220V±10%, 50Hz±0.5Hz power supply, with power dissipation under 2500W. It should be installed in a location free from corrosive gases, vibration, and strong magnetic fields.

Conclusion

The ZXSP-9890 Transformer Oil Dissolved Gas Analyzer combines robust performance, modular flexibility, and user-friendly operation. Its high-precision temperature control, multi-detector support, and remote communication capabilities make it an ideal solution for power system diagnostics and transformer condition monitoring. With strong automation features and ease of maintenance, it stands as a reliable tool for technical professionals in the field of oil and gas chromatography.
