Operation Method Of DC Withstand Voltage Test For Water Cooled Generator

1. The wiring of case, double pressure cylinder and tested object shall be connected as required. 

2. Turn on the power. Turn on the power switch, the green light button will be on, wait for a few seconds, the display screen will display the "leakage current tester" measurement interface, select and set according to the "panel instructions 12, 13, 14 key operation function introduction", confirm the "overvoltage setting" value and "timing" value.

3. Click the red light button, the red light button is on, and the green light button is off, ready to boost.

4. Turn the coarse and fine potentiometer clockwise to boost the voltage.

5. Boost to test voltage. If timing control is needed, click the "confirm / start" key to start the timer timing.

6. In the boosting operation, the high voltage needs to be cut off. You can directly click the green light button or turn off the power switch to quickly terminate the boosting.

Attention shall be paid to the following problems in the test:

1. The water pipe shall be free of mechanical impurity condensate or other treated softened water, with conductivity of 2 μ s / cm, pH = 7-8, hardness less than 2 μ g equivalent / kg, and trace NH3 is allowed

2. After the water quality meets the requirements, the water resistance RR value of the water diversion pipe of the water internal cooling generator shall generally be greater than about 150k Ω. If not, the water shall be further treated.
