Operation Method Of Relay Protection Tester

I Startup steps
1. Plug the power line of relay protection tester into AC220 power socket.
2. Check the wiring (external keyboard or mouse is required). Turn on the tester power supply and external computer power supply respectively after confirming that there is no error. After a while, the interface of selecting startup mode will be entered.
3. After starting the windows operating system, the main interface of software function test will be entered to carry out various tests.
II Keyboard shortcuts
F2 start / stop test when the tester does not output signal, the tester starts to output signal after pressing F2 key; in the process of test, press F2 key to stop the test, and the tester stops output signal;
F3 exits the test and closes the current test module;
F5 is increased manually. In the test, the output signal increases once according to the set step size every time F5 key is pressed;
F6 manual decrement in the test, every time F6 key is pressed, the output signal decreases once according to the set step size;
CTRL + 1 ~ Ctrl + 7 turns the output channel on / off;
CTRL + 1 ~ Ctrl + 3 corresponds to Ua, Ub and Uc;
CTRL + 4 ~ Ctrl + 6 correspond to Ia, Ib and Ic;
CTRL + 7 corresponds to Ux;
F7 read the setting file and import the test parameters from the saved parameter setting file;
F8 save the setting file to save the current test parameters to the file, so as to avoid repeated settings;
Tab moves the input focus to the next input box;
Shift + Tab moves the input focus to the previous input box.
III AC current source improves output current
When the current exceeds the output current of each phase of the tester, the current source of the tester can be used in parallel. When using in parallel, the output phase of the parallel current channel should be set to the same, and the output current is the sum of the output amplitude of the parallel current channel.
IV AC current source improves output power
When the output power of the current source is required to be greater than the output power of each phase current, the current source of the tester can be used in series. For example, if IA and IB are connected in series, the amplitude of the two phases is equal, the phase difference is 180° and the output power can be doubled.
V AC voltage source improves output voltage
When the voltage exceeds the output voltage of each phase of the tester, the phase difference of the two-phase voltage can be set as 180° and the output voltage is the sum of the output amplitude of the two-phase voltage channel. The tester can only support 240V AC voltage.
VI Shutdown procedure
Use the mouse to click Start - shut down in the lower left corner of the interface. Select OK in the pop-up dialog box to turn off the computer. After confirming that the computer is turned off, turn off the panel power switch. Do not turn off the panel power switch directly when shutting down. Please turn off the windows operating system of the computer first, and then turn off the power switch.
