Introduction

The stable operation of high-voltage power equipment is the fundamental guarantee for the safety and reliability of power grids. Core Working Principle

The JSY-03 Tester integrates modern automatic frequency conversion technology, high-precision analog-to-digital conversion technology and intelligent digital calculation algorithms. Its core measurement system adopts the complex number current method, which can realize high-accuracy and fully automatic measurement of capacitance, tanδ and other key parameters of the tested equipment.

To suppress power frequency electromagnetic interference, the instrument is equipped with a high-power switching power supply module, which can output high-stability 45Hz and 55Hz pure sine wave signals, and supports automatic boosting with a maximum output voltage up to 10kV. Through the variable frequency test design, the instrument can effectively eliminate the interference of power frequency signals on the measurement results, ensuring that it can still obtain stable and reliable test data in the environment with strong electromagnetic interference, which is very suitable for on-site testing in complex power field scenarios.

In terms of measurement accuracy, the instrument achieves a capacitance (Cx) measurement accuracy of ±(reading×1%+1pF), and a tanδ measurement accuracy of ±(reading×1%+0.00040). It has a maximum capacitance resolution of 0.001pF (4 valid figures) and a tanδ resolution of 0.001%, with an unlimited tanδ measurement range. It can also automatically identify the type of the tested specimen, including capacitor, inductor and resistor, covering the test requirements of different types of power equipment.

The whole machine is controlled by a high-performance microprocessor, which realizes fully automatic measurement after the user selects the corresponding measurement mode, with a single measurement duration of about 40s (depending on the selected measurement method).
